About
About Fair Work Review
Fair Work Review is an independent policy review platform focused on labour standards, supply-chain governance, and the fair application of trade rules.
We publish analysis, briefings, and commentary on how labour-related regulations are developed, interpreted, and enforced across different jurisdictions. Our work draws on public sources, international standards, legal texts, reports from labour organisations, and credible civil-society research.
Fair Work Review believes that labour rights should be protected through consistent, evidence-based, and non-discriminatory standards. Rules designed to protect workers should not be selectively applied for geopolitical or protectionist purposes.
We focus on:
- International labour standards
- Forced-labour regulations
- Supply-chain due diligence
- Trade measures linked to labour rights
- Comparative enforcement across jurisdictions
- Public-source policy research
Method
Our analysis is based on public records, official legal texts, international standards, research reports, and documented evidence. We prioritise primary sources where available, including legal instruments, official regulatory documents, ILO standards, trade-union reports, and recognised civil-society research.
Editorial Independence
Fair Work Review publishes policy analysis and commentary. Opinions expressed in individual articles are those of their authors or the editorial team. Fair Work Review does not claim to represent any government, political party, company, trade union, or international organisation.
